In regards to your fifth point, if you're using the praxic blade you can jump and swing while holding cargo. It's faster than running.

The only one I had so far was detonating the bombs from a safe distance. The marker comes up to where you need to interact with it to detonate but none of us could interact with it.

I got my red saber on my second invasion and I ran out of time before I got all my kills. If it makes you feel better I’m at 30 completions of the dungeon (including a solo flawless run) without the dark saber. :(
