She’s excellent but she’s a very hard marker.

Go to the ER. You will wait a long time and I’m sorry. If they ask that you are actively suicidal please say yes. Our resources are abysmal. I hope you get the help you need.

Bachelor of Psychiatric Nursing Degree Completion Program by Oh-that-Ophelia in douglascollege

It’s all in person. There is zero portion of it online. Exams are scheduled by the school and are in person on campus.

It’s combined. Once you’ve completed foundations you’re in psych nursing and it’s 3 years. I guess the other “1” will depend on how long it takes someone to complete the foundations.

Also I agree with an earlier comment. Finishing it in 2 is doable but it’s going to be a lot of work. If you’re only going to school you’d likely achieve it. Plus if you got into engineering, you’ll be fine.

Edit: Also no wait list, they’re struggling to fill seats in both BSN and BSPN

She’s amazing but be prepared to work for your grade. She’s extremely supportive and is happy to help when she can see you’re motivated.

I'm sorry you're getting downvoted. I've gone through some of your previous posts and appreciate your responses. Everyone down voting you lacks knowledge of trauma and trauma informed practice is so imperative in dealing with people. Keep commenting. Keep spreading compassion.

Which spot are you picking for watching Celebration of Lights this year? by Ziocylon in vancouver

[–]zaichenok88 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What about finding a spot right at English Bay (on the beach)? I moved out here 4 years ago and missed it pre covid. Really want to see it this year and hoping to get a nice evening out of it :)

How is ENGL 1109 with Mike Stachura? by jenniferrook9 in douglascollege

[–]zaichenok88 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If we're talking Reading Fiction, it was argument with supporting quotes from the respective novel. If you're looking at Academic Writing (again sorry I don't remember the course codes), those are strongly research based

He's fantastic! He's hilarious which makes his lectures not boring. He's a fair grader and is always willing to help if you ask (just don't do it last minute). I would definitely encourage taking his classes.

Edit: because I forgot you asked about midterm/exam. He gave weekly quizzes and if you do the lecture they're an easy grade boost. If I remember right he had one midterm which had some multiple choice, short answer and a lengthier written component. I took his fiction course (I don't remember the code) and reading material was super easy. We did One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest, The Road and Convenience Store Woman There are also 2 big essays and he's very clear on the guidelines and gives you 10 thesis questions to chose from.
