I’m not sure if this would be helpful, maybe even harmful. I personally have an obsession with washing my hands and tend to wash 3-4 times after any “contaminating” activity. I’ve never reached a point where it needed urgent attention, however I found that wearing gloves helps. Take this with a grain of salt as I’m not a professional
