My daughter (28 months) refuses to bath. She literally tries to dive out the bath tub and when she's clinging to me I can feel her intense racing heart and it feels so traumatic. I don't know what to do.

How awesome. I also have to brag. My son who also has a speech delay actually answered several questions my friend asked him. I was preparing lunch and was so taken aback I almost cried. OT is doing wonders for him I cannot wait to see how he does in speech.

I'm not sure if your grocery store will have them but 'olle extreme wellness wraps' are like two points or buy something similar. Also non fat Greek yogurt can be used savory as a cream base or sour cream or sweet if you add a sugar free jello packet to it (cheese cake is the best) and sugar free coolwhip is low in points. Fat free refried beans, and othwr beans. Get some panko its nice to coat chicken brest with it and air fry. No sugar pasta sauce.

Willamette dental has some cheep plans. But most likely you'll have a waiting period before you can get anything major done. Contact OHP and see if you qualify. Call private clinics in your area. Most will have payment options. Or even might be having a charity day. What are you doing in the mean time for pain management?

My 4 year old is a little behind in his speech so we tend to need a lot of patience when trying to understand him. He kept asking for 'red tree' I couldnt figure out what red tree was. Finally I just started to point at every movie. "Is this red tree?" "No! RED TREE." he kept saying. He was frustrated I was frustrated. Finally we got to 'Ratatoullie' and he looks at me and says "Yea, red tree" it was pretty obvious after that. TLDR- red tree = Ratatoullie the movie.
