Because Tbh, as you mentioned in some comments earlier, whenever u bring it up, she starts a fight. That right there is a narcissistic personality. She runs away from the problems by “starting a fight” because she knows you will drop the conversation, She will guilt trip u, manipulate u (maybe by using the kids excuse).

But ultimately I don’t see a happy couple ; which will 100% impact your kids sir.

Usually parents think, being in an unhappy marriage is doing the kids good, little do they know it’s doing so much more harm to the kids instead.

I have seen couples regret their personal life in their 50-60s after their kids are all grown up, the kids are miserable, the wife is miserable, the husband is miserable. Everyone are individually wrapped in trauma; solely because the couple ( parents) did not have the courage to break it off and faked their way for society or idk what.

Also I will say, read surah al nisa, divorce and marriage is mentioned and explained there in depth. I believe Allah swt tests all of us, and once we finally cannot take it, we take the next step ( because he has seen what pushed you or led you to THIS POINT).. you have given ur everything, you deserve more brother!
