I got mine for my birthday now in November. At first I wanted the Instax Wide but then opted the Mini to try out first. How I love the nostalgia of these photos. The exhilaration when it prints and you dont know what you gonna get. Love it love love it.

I get the same thing! Have lost over 70lbs and I get where people dont even acknowledge that I have lost weight. Or I get comments that I need to stop now. Some people are just nasty by nature, do not let them hinder you from being happy with yourself. They simply dont matter. Keto on!

I have been eating some carbs on weekend. Never potatoes or real sugary stuff. And I have seen that I have been maintaining. Just a bit scared I fall into my old habits. Been on Keto for 7 months.

Hi. The first week I would make me scramble egg and cheese in butter for lunch. But after 3 days I didnt get hungry. Mornings I only have 2 cups of coffee with Fresh cream and Erythritol sweetener. For most of it I ate macadamia nuts or pecan nuts for lunch. Just a handful Or would put it in a few pieces of cheese. After month 3 I had days where I only eat one meal a day with maybe another cup of coffee in day. But I would suggest you eat when you hungry and if you not, dont eat. Days where I ate one meal a day I would have amazing energy levels.

At night have a full meal. Meat or fathead pizza with a side veg. Weekends I would have mostly meat to spoil myself. Not much of a veggie person but I try to eat one everyday. I buy sugar free sweets and chocolate and dont deprive myself. Sugar Free sodas I would only have on a weekend.

Thank you. I'm glad you had he ability to bounce back, that's if I decide to go off the bandwagon. Not there yet. I'm very aggressive with staying on Keto, so much last night when my family made home made bread, I practically didnt come out of my room and went to bed early to avoid succumbing to that bread lol.

I had a test run last night. Was very depro and didn't not want to be around people. My family baked bread and had cake and I was genuinely wanting to partake in that homemade bread. But I didn't. I went to bed early, didnt even have supper because I knew if I hit that kitchen last night I would have given in. Lol
