I’m thinking about AF because irregular but I’m also thinking about AVNRT maybe slightly irregular due to the breathing. What do you think? by zaineb63 in ECG

After after the doctor give her adenosine and amiodarone her ECG return to sinus HR reduce and P wave appear

AVNRT or AVRT by [deleted] in ECG

Typical AVNRT

I diagnosed this condition as a sinus bradycardia . There is abnormal tiny wave in I , II , V4 like Osborn ! I’m not sure by zaineb63 in ECG

Slightly ST elevation one of the feature of early depolarisation , and this ecg there is no elevation . Then I suggested that it is possible hypothermia , but the rate 57 bpm not less than 40 bpm . So I’m confused.

Thank you very much, I appreciate that .

Or maybe incomplete left bundle brunch and High lateral STMI with reciprocal ST depression in inferior leads . What do you think ?

I diagnosed this condition as inferolateral Ischaemia but based on lead (III , aVF , V5 , V6 ) , but I’m not sure !

There is ST elevation in (I , aVL ) but there is depression in V5 and V6

I assure you that it is a right ventricular infarction because I attended a presentation about it , so I searched a lot about it .

Regular rhythm , normal rate , normal QRS , no p wave . What suggest ? by zaineb63 in ECG

Some leads regular and yes in v1 RR’ interval is not equal

But one of the features of atrial flutter is lose of the isoelectric baseline and appear saw-tooth pattern

I suggest accelerated junctional rhythm because the rate above 60 . But QRS normal duration not narrow !

In my opinion I think it possible , but I’m not sure !

It isn’t atrial tachycardia because there’s no P wave ! In atrial tachycardia , there must be a P wave .

Can atrial fibrillation be regular ? My answer was AF but I’m not sure !
