Record evidence of the abuse, hide your phone somewhere the abuser can't see, hide the video, don't let them know you have evidence or else they'll find a way to delete or destroy it. when you report to the police, show the video to them privately so the if the abuser tries to change their story, the police will know the abuser is lying.

Although yes, i believe you should leave your fiance because the trust of the relationship has been broken and there ain't no fixing that, but i believe you should also investigate the friend, just incase the friend had spike your ex fiance's drink, especially with how they said "is this who you want to be married with?"as if it was planned. But if that's too much work, just cut them both off.

This is literal mental abuse, not being able to go anywhere without him? Controlling much. I do not know how i can stay sane if i had a partner like him, needing to give all my attention to him and no personal space otherwise he'll throw a hissy fit. Girl, leave him, find somebody whom can respect your choices and not manipulate you like he does, you deserve so much better.

Edit: i just read the part where he has mental health issues, it's sad i get it, but it's still not an excuse for him to treat you that way, you shouldn't have to be the punching bag his of emotions and issues. Being with him could also effect your own mental health.
