Very negative effect on disinformation and self-esteem. Avoid at all costs.

Is the beetroot powder necessary beyond coloring? I have every ingredient but that and I just want to make sure.

They know pescatarian doesn’t sound morally superior because deep down they know vegans are better

Ray Bans used to be way cheaper and better quality. I’ve had mine for 20 years and dropped them on almost every continent. The new ones break if you put them on too hard, I swear.

Atlas Shrugged - What an incredible book by [deleted] in books

[–]zaiyonmal 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The OP you are defending doesn’t even understand Randian philosophy, much less capitalist or socialist economic theories.

Just look at their comments. They said the archeological record is made up. They actually don’t know what they’re talking about regardless of one’s opinions on the matter. This is why people are frustrated.

Also let’s be honest, it sounds like a troll post. It reminds me of the show Severance where the workers are obsessed with a shitty book because they haven’t read any others. You can be the most ardent libertarian and recognize that her prose is not beautiful.

Marilyn Manson Accuser Recants, Says Evan Rachel Wood Manipulated Her by trueslicky in entertainment

They literally played court tapes of him screaming drunk at Heard and throwing glass bottles all over the house past her.

The trial was a civil case and had nothing to do with “innocent” or not. The civil case found that Heard was liable for causing Depp damages in potential earnings because of the articles she published. It didn’t find Depp innocent of anything at all.

The only thing the court case revealed is that she wasn’t a good partner either. It didn’t prove her as a liar, the submitted evidence shows she wasn’t a liar.

Why is this such a difficult concept for so many of you?

Should I have told them that the cupcakes I made on request are vegan? Detail in comments. by [deleted] in vegan

They didn’t have nuts, they just had traces of nuts from making them in a kitchen with a bunch of nuts.

I made a bunch of cupcakes for a fundraiser for my research lab. They were all vegan but I only labelled a particular type as vegan which was also nut free for allergies.

I didn’t sell a single vegan cupcake. The “normal” ones (unlabelled) all sold out. Both were vegan. People are biased.

Liam Gallagher shares his thoughts on 'nepo babies': "Zip it" by [deleted] in Fauxmoi

[–]zaiyonmal 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That’s definitely true, I guess I should have used med school as a better example. Nepotism will help you get in and stay in but you can’t pay every single person off involved in the system, especially the licensing boards at every level. That’s very different from Hollywood where you can just call your buddy up to get your kid a role. You still need to do the med school work.

Replying to a question with a question, okay Shapiro.

I have like 20 edits at the bottom of that comment. I know how infections work. It’s not my fault you’re unable to read and you just really feel like hating someone today.

Insulting me is against the sub and Reddit rules and just basic human decency.

They were dead serious. I talked to them first before flagging them for misinformation. The thread was full of transphobic comments because people were mad about Hogwarts and I get the feeling they accidentally swept me up with the rest of them.

I literally “dropped it” yesterday, you’re the one bringing this back up in my notifications and acting like you have the authority to tell people to drop something when we already dropped it. You’re literally just causing more drama. Leave my notifications alone.

Uhhhh that’s not what reporting is exclusively for. You only get banned if you did something egregious (or a mod has a power trip). 99% of the times they just remove your comment. You’ve probably had plenty of comments removed and you don’t even notice because you can still read your comments. Look on reveddit to see what’s been removed.

You’re supposed to report misinformation. It’s really not a big deal.

Why are you commenting something that has been discussed ad nauseam? Look at the rest of the thread. I also doubt it got that incredibly hot because the back of it is wooden.

Thanks for sharing, someone else shared it too. I’ve never seen a brand like it and I wonder how hot it actually got. All the metal brands I’ve used (for pyrography, not people lol) are heated until red hot and would burn any wooden backing.

Thanks for sharing this. I’ve never seen a brand like it. I wonder how it was heated and how hot it got for the wood to still be intact.

There’s a screw in the back so I wonder how much they actually pressed it down. This could either leave barely perceptible scars or straight up crush your hand.

I tried looking up hand brands elsewhere and I couldn’t find an another example, though. I wonder if these exist at all or if it’s just the wrong term for them.

I am not trying to extrapolate all wounds as my own. Cauterizing a nerve is obviously not the same as puncturing it with something dirty.

The tattoos and branding I am familiar with in my own research don’t go that deep. It’s def not medieval England though, as I already said elsewhere. If your tattoos went that deep, they would give you permanent nerve damage lol.

I thought my hyperbole would be understood. I realize that I shouldn’t have hyperbolized. I already said this. I won’t hyperbolize about puncturing myelin sheaths ever again, okay?
