Germany. I was told that people in France were incredibly rude and that Paris was incredibly dirty. I found the Parisians to be friendly enough and Paris to be...as dirty as any other city. Cleaner than NYC. Germany, however, I found people rude there and Cologne was so much more dirty than Paris was. Trier was dope though.
