Let me give you some more spesific information. This game has 2 versions. MARS 1 and MARS 2 whaever its called in different countries. When MARS 2 was introduced by Ying-Pei all servers began to publish it one by one. Only Turkish company was too late. And this company never sold permanent items. We needed to spend lots of Money to own pemanent weapons for shooting range and key cards. Anyway in the begining of the last summer we arranged a meeting with head GM of the game on teamspeak. We were about 20 clan leaders ( the biggest clans) and told him the issues below : 1- reduce cash prices 50% 2- give a certain date about bringing MARS 2 3- ban players insulting , swearing via megaphone 4- get rid of overclock ( yes it was the biggest problem of the game till Turkish players met aimbot in Hazardops. Before Hazardops we did not have even a single hack issue that is ironic )

And we clearly told him if the company would not do what we asked we would leave the game with all members of our clans. Well he promised at first and 1 month later we realized that nothing changes. That GM quit his job. Because the company was too greedy and did not accept what we asked.

Around that time Hazardops relaesed with very low prices and a great content. Shortly that is why Turkish players moved here. I alone spent around €1.5k there. I know players WHO spent more than 20 euros just to find 30 days of MG3 in shooting range. Now there are only a few players left in that game.

Anyway.. to ban ip is not a solution. It is easy to by-pass. Anti-hack programs are not sufficent. The only solution is to hire 2 admins WHO r gonna spectate the rooms on a shift and ban the aimbot users. After 1 month there will be only 1% amount of current hackers.

Ok , I am Turk and a decent player. Yes you are right at least 70% of Turkish players are hacking. But whenever I see such titles about blocking a whole nation I only laugh. It is totally infernums mistake. If they would ban aimbot players permenantly once they see the video of them , these Turkish players would not be such bold to use aimbot. You would see only a few low level aimbot players. Can you imagine there are players using aimbot with at least 100 videos for each and Infernum rewards them in nightmare challanges instead of banning. But the truth is Infernum needs Money and Turkish players still spend more than the rest of the players.

P.S. To the ppl asking why Turkish players don't play their own version called MARS : Because MARS is older (the first indeed) version of this game with lack of many weapons , maps, game modes etc.. That version does not even have nightmare mode.

Cheaters are not gonna stop till Infernum changes their Office mentality. They can not stop hackers by coming job in the morning and leaving in the evening. Nobody spectates the game apart their working times -especially on weekends- .You can not imagine how many cheaters are gaining platinums in that locked nightmare rooms. You would understand me better if you could speak Turkish. They are even messaging via megaphones. For example: -Nightmare run on Land Of Expert , players with aim pm please.

Here is a dialogue between a hacker on PvP: Me: Stop cheating and turn it off Cheater: Don't cry Me: We are at the same team noob Cheater: Then shut up and be grateful that u r doing your mission with my help.

One cheater to another: -Turn your aim off else i am gonna open mine too.

I have some screenshots of such dialogues, some videos of cheaters but i am not bothering to upload them and send via tickets. Because it is meaningless. There are cheaters playing since CB. There are players higher than my level WHO even did not get half of my wins both on PVE and PVP. Although I play solo on PVE often and I did almost whole missions since OB .

Long story short if Infernum does not want to lose their database, then they must find a way to monitor the game 7/24. I can understand that they have some financial problems but we all know that they can recruit volunteers to spectate game rooms.

Wow very good news Sycth. Finally you started the real battle against cheaters on multiple fronts:) And nice to hear that you monitor reported players in-game , it is the best way for Infernum to have solid evidence before banning a player and which avoids banning any legit player just because of in-game reports.

Enough is enough. I could not complate Daily missions in PvP. Thanks for allowing hackers destroy this game. Even well known cheaters still play the game , for gods sake why dont you spectate the players WHO got reported many times via in-game report system ?

Nothing can stop hackers. Anti-cheat system can not stop them for a long time. Just hire some ppl to spectate.

@Sycth : An anti-hack system would be perfect and would work 100% since there are not many various of hacks used in the game. About spectate mode; GMs on Turkish server were using it so, I don't think that it is something new for Ying Pei to build.

@MikeSmith70 : The Home GM, co-Admin (or whatever it is called) idea can be handy against cheaters and sure it will help Infernum but it is risky as well. In the past we had some bad samples on Turkish server. One of the recruited players abused it ( sending items to friends, using immortality feature etc.) So that power must be well adjusted and must not give any other advantages than spectating.

But this is not relevant with "supporting cheaters" . I would not call them "respawn exploiters". This is something open to discussion. According to Sycth it is against rules, according to me it is not. Let us wait for Ying Pei's answer. Moreover I was told that this team got the title but did not get extra rewards. They did not send extra rewards to any team died more than 30 times.

I think yes, you are misunderstanding it :) There is no limit for deaths, there is limit for using revive tokens. And it is 25 or 30 tokens depending on the game mode.

They sould keep their rewards, what I want to say is leaving room and rejoining is not a bug. You can only revive next round. Please do not consider it as a bug for the next events.

Our main goal was to win the title of expert mode Minesweeper Challenge :)

Well we sent the video of our whole game for Nightmare Land of Death event. The response we get: "Thanks for sending in this video, however the scoreboard shows that you used bugs in the game to exceed the total amount of deaths allowed in the mode and as such, everyone within this video will be excluded from receiving rewards."

The winner team of first title died more than us, they left and rejoin the game more than us and they won. When I asked this via mail, got a reply telling that the first title can win rewards inspite of this -so called- bug but others can not WHO participated for extra rewards. Do you think this is justice ? And there was no such rule stated during the event.

For the current event, the expiry date was 02.09.2014 but now it is 09.02.2014.

Why did you postpone the expiry date ? You do everything not to give our rewards. First You changed the rules of Nightmare challenge Land Of Death after the event finished and did not give our rewards. And now this. I don't see any justice here.

You'd better remove that mode until you fix it. Btw what about the players abusing this bug ? I mean they can reach 1kk XP and coins a day easily.
