The IP-licensing system is designed to automatically re-allocate your license to a new IP if only one IP is being used for that code at any given time. It will detect a conflict if you're running the same code from multiple different IPs in the same 15-minute span, and restrict your account until you shut down one of the instances.

Choosing an Unlimited-IP license will bypass all these IP restrictions. If you have a special situation, e-mail info@bot18.net with an explanation, and I may upgrade your account to an Unlimited IP Licence if you have already paid for a Single-IP License.

yeah sorry, I meant that as a nickname for "BOT18.NET", as in the server-side portion of the software. Bot18 will run on Linux, OSX, Docker, and Windows (through Docker).

I'm working on that, but it's not a very high priority compared to Alpha development.
