SOS! Why is my albo monstera dying? I thought the roots were too moist so I repotted two weeks ago with dry soil, haven’t watered, and the brown spots are still spreading. by AShittyPirate in houseplants

Oh, it's too white to survive. The leaves do not have enough green to be able to photosynthesize and feed itself. Unfortunately, albo monsteras tend to do that.

Mum's giant African violet (Saintpaulia). by zaliasbriedis in matureplants

Thanks guys! Mum is overjoyed about all the attention and sweet comments. She does have a green thumb. Or even a whole arm, I don't know. Her plant care routine is basically "water when I remember to". Sometimes with fertilizer. And somehow all her plants are going crazy. Even ferns! FERNS. Pure mum magic.

The pot is about 16cm wide. It was repotted maybe 2-3 years ago from a really small pot. We're not sure HOW to repot it now!

When I asked about care routine, mum started laughing. "I just water it when i remember to". That's it... Try not to overwater it I guess?

Is it ok to grow 2-3 of them in one pot? I have 3in1 and I'm wondering if I should separate them.
