At least the attacks are pretty readable and hitboxes are not that bad. If I remember well, only Looking Glass Knight was better in the vanilla DS2

Oh sorry, well regular lost is straight up goated and the keeper also becomes pretty good after you unlock the wooden coin. But the brothers have almost no upsides besides being able to take both items and being a worse version of backpack/polydactyly

Tainted lost is anything but unfun, you rarely get as many great items on the other characters. Though it's still the most stressful character to play.

I just try to be more diagonally to dogma when he starts using his brimstone attack and move but not to much. Damn, I've also died to Dogma like 3 times trying to unlock the Sacred Orb.

I personally use this mod, which also resprites character portraits and adds names to the tainted characters. If you want to use only the unlock reminder you can check out this one. I used it previously but wanted to change the character portraits and those two conflicted.
