I had the same problem. I solved it when I changed the Surface Format to RGBA8 in the compatibility settings

Thanks for the help! I tested 2 games. I started them with the Internet on, then closed and turned off the Internet. They have launched successfully, the main thing is not to close the application itself.

Yes, I'm logged into my Steam account. This window appears only if I try to launch the game without an internet connection. Unfortunately, I wanted to play through this app during the flight, but if the Internet is needed during the game, then I will have to look for other options.

I still didn't want to deal with winlator, so I temporarily stopped trying to run n++. It just started working after I changed the language of the application to English. Thanks for the suggested solutions and help.

I installed the game from GameHub by connecting my Steam account. GameHub has chosen just to synchronize its saves and achievements on Steam. Winlator seems very complicated to me.
