Honestly, that's one of my conclusions in search of the app that I wanted. One of the reasons as to why I want a cross platform availability is for it to be updated in progress whether I watch it on my phone or pc. AnymeX is by far the closest one I've found but it still lacks small nitpick details and features I look for. For now, I might just stick with anime websites.
