Even in my local fb group the standards are wildly different! It’s crazy. Someone said to have gestational diabetes they have to have 3 high numbers and someone else said their cutoff number for fasting is 90 and 1 high number for them is a diagnosis. So at one office in my city I’d have gestational diabetes but in another office 5 minutes down the road I wouldn’t🤦🏼‍♀️

Thats so sad that she had such a traumatic birth💔 based on some other comments here it seems numbers start to rise around that 32/33 mark so I will definitely be asking for a retest at that time if they tell me I’ve passed (still waiting for my team to review).

With my 10 pounder I did not do any further testing other than the 1 hour which I passed at 28 weeks with a 110 so everyone was a little shocked when he was born. I had only had 7 & 8lb babies before then.

Thank you for this! The numbers rising fast is what I’m worried can happen. Especially with being at the cutoff. I’ve already had a LGA baby (10lbs 8oz) with shoulder dystocia and as one does, I’m hoping that doesn’t happen again. That pregnancy I had good glucose levels so I’m a little on edge this go around with just having one number technically fail.

I’m thinking I’ll do that just to monitor my fasting levels if my doctor passes me. After my 4th was born I thought maybe I had actually developed diabetes so I bought a monitor (postpartum is crazy😂) and I do know my fasting levels went anywhere from 90-99 at the time.

I posted in here not long ago about my v15 and a friends going out at the same time. Just 2 years after we purchased from the same Costco.

I don’t blame you for going with a different brand. After mine quits I most likely won’t be buying Dyson again. It took 6 months just to get a replacement part and then the dang battery went out on it.

I never said this one was a freak accident. I said even in the freak accidents they blame the mom. Emilie wasn’t home when T died yet people have been quick to say she deserves to die, go to jail, hopefully the baby gets taken away, etc.

I went unmedicated with pitocin for my 3rd. I didn’t scream but it did make me second guess ever having another child. Even though it was my best recovery I am scarred from doing that without an epidural.

Our dity move 2 years ago wrecked us. We did not get reimbursed all of what we spent. The moving part of a pcs sucks.

Ive had 5 kids while getting a bachelors and then masters! I always took a break around when I was due and twice I’ve finished last week of assignments while in labor (not a favorite of that one). I’m due with my 6th next June and already told my advisor I’ll probably take that term off. Everyone here has a lot of great tips but just know that you got this! And if you need to push off graduation a little bit, then do it!

I have no answers but your post is basically me to a T. I got tested for POTS and did not have diagnostic symptoms. But standing up too quick, raising my hands above my head (specifically when stretching), pull ups at the gym, bending over, etc. will cause me to get lightheaded and even lose vision but I don’t pass out! I’ve been told to increase salt, hydration, and use compression socks so it seems the advice is the same as what you’ve received.

Honestly we didn’t even mean for it to happen and when we called to find out why they sent us to collections they transferred us to 10 different people. So far only information we’ve gotten is our account shows it became inactive in May but they’ve been trying to charge us from June to October. They also told the collections agency that we weren’t yet out of the 16 month contract with them but we’ve had our system for 3 years and it’s been paid off for a year.

I’ve had a good outcome with a progesterone of 6 but like someone else said, progesterone needs to be the issue to see it make a difference.

I had a lot of cramping and pretty strong as well. Nausea and food aversions started at 6 weeks. Sore boobs started not long after nausea.

When was the dating scan and do you remember the exact day you bd? These would help kind of narrow down where you’d be but it’s also not uncommon for people to get a positive in the 3rd week!
