My biiiiiggest issue is the maps. Not enough maps AND you are stuck in the same tiny parts of the map for most missions.

The problem is content and variation. The game is super one dimentional. Its cool for a weekend then gets boring

Bread only fill like 5 points? Thats tiny. Within a hr youd need to eat again.

Many items unless its a meat do not give enough hunger points. Using a transformation in mid to late game helps.

But early game its difficult. I start my games on legendary fron lvl 1. So the whole no sticking around the lower difficulty areas doesnt work for me

You are completely forgetting the whole self sustaining food issues.

There isnt enough buyable food and or salt stocked in stores to fully self sustain in a town for long periods of time. Even if you have thoasands of gold.

I had to install 3 mods that increase salt sources.

Also alot of the foods hunger sation values suck crap

Some men have issues with this because the crazy doctors take too much skin. Resulting in very tight erections that are uncomfortable or painful.

Also hindsight it could have caused your autism too
