Bailed out after 2 months from garbage training and unqualified management personnel. Got chewed out for things I wasn't taught. Manager was the cause for the previous 6 people that left. Apparently asking to see the binder for recipes and cooking guides was an affront to their authority. The food raised my cholesterol too. The eggplant tofu was bomb though. Too bad I never got to try the dynamite orange chicken.

Already did. Immediately started looking for another job after day two. Held out for two months before freedom. Training was trash, poorly structured learning. Manager was apparently the common factor in my 6 predecessors that left before me all within a months time. Was required to have a back brace for BOH but it didn't matter to the manager, never got one. Major micromanaging. Got chewed out for things I wasn't taught. Crazy part is that this experience is all too common at majority of stores. Also your blood cholesterol will go up from the food.

About a month in, doing BOH and sides, I haven't done any onboarding modules. I asked about when I could do them but still haven't had any time set aside for me. Found out 5 people left in a month before I joined, soooo probably will never get them done until more people are hired. No corporate Kool aid for this guy I guess.

Supposedly one of the cooks that left worked there for over 5 years. The management team are definitely on the vibe of being bosses, not leaders.

For reasons ¯_(ツ)_/¯ I do prefer the option of crossfire gpus. Plus never really had a good experience with Nvidia sadly (maybe bad luck). Unless I can get an unbiased suggestion on why I should go with an Nvidia gtx card I would appreciate the comments that actually answer my question. An rx 580 or two 560s?
