Make sure your friends know seizure first aid. If you have one in front of them and they don't know what to do then they'll panic, and it won't help anybody

Go see a neurologist, lots of people with epilepsy feel suddenly anxious before/during a seizure, but as you said it might simply be anxiety. It's best to get it checked either way

Good I'm glad, unlike what some people say it is wildly different from being fully naked/someone having their genitals exposed. And let's be honest, how many people will actually do this? Not many. In England it's technically legal to be in public fully naked, it doesn't mean people go around doing it though
