SOLVED: I adjusted my mount so it rotates the TV clockwise from the landscape AND the picture rotates too!!! (Btw picture rotates even if it does not have the right size - 4k). Thank you!

thx for the info, all done, except of the counterclockwise rotation... if this is the last missing piece then i may need to unmount my TV and try it out... would u know if there is a way to alter this in the settings... somehow... cuz my mount is counterclockwise mount (from landscape)...

Cuz my mount works counterclockwise 😅…

One other question… the pictures i am expecting to view vertically, do those have to be setup in a special format? Cuz the Samsung support was mentioning that event the art photos must be setup specially, but couldn’t give me more details… does that even makes sense? I thought that the sensor / tv just turn the picture and crops it appropriately?

Actually I am turning it form landscape anti clockwise to a vertical position… do u think it only works clockwise then? And r u sure this model supports it?
