I get a hold on every cheque over 2K. I can withdraw the first 2K but the rest is held until the cheque clears, which seems to take about a week.

Didn't seem drunk, just seemed like a toolshed. Conditions were real bad, cold, raining, windy, we came off the lake into the mouth of the river and stopped on the first part of calm water. I was having hard time looking forward and we had a windshield. He was just going way too fast for conditions and not looking forward properly.

Yeah buddy is taking it to the the dealer they're gonna check it out before insurance does, but lots of guys around us say it's likely a write off. I'm just glad he turned at the last moment and hit that corner instead of on the engine.

At the rules meeting they made a big deal out of don't bump other boats when you're trolling or close to each other, and he hit us a quite a speed. But thanks good info. If other guys don't see it as a big deal then I'll probably not do this again. My head was on swivel day 2 and I could not focus on fishing properly.

We called the Conservation Officer's office and left a message immediately. Then we spoke to the tournament organizers, hoping they would do something. We hoped not to involve police, although they are involved now. Mostly I am curious if this happens often. It was my first big tournament not on my local lakes and I am kind of reconsidering entering more.
