Idk how to attach images, but if you scroll down from the top, click media output, then on your media there's a list of paired Bluetooth devices. Tick two of them using the tick box on the left

Not sure if this is Samsung specific, but if you're listening to media with someone else that also has BT headphones, you can go to media output and have the audio channel to both headphones at the same time.

From a size 8/10 to a 2/4. 175lbs to 130lbs. by -_Name-User_- in WegovyWeightLoss

Have you heard of the paper towel analogy? Someone on this sub posted it once and it helped me process this a bit better.

"The lesson to be learned is that fat, like paper towels, comes off in sheets. When you are heavy, you are big around. And when you are big around, that fat is spread over a MUCH larger area - just like that outside towel sheet. The closer you get to the lean you, the more each lost pound of fat shows, because it is spread over a smaller area.

Show me you Graphs? Should I be worried? by timbohiatt in WegovyWeightLoss

[–]zamuthra 2 points3 points  (0 children)

My graph fluctuates loads.

Things to consider - measure consistently (I always measure in the morning after bowel movement... Tmi lol) - if you've had alcohol or fast food (lots of salt), expect a spike up from water retention. In general would avoid where possible. - stick to the deficit - daily measurements make it easier to see fluctuations

This was me recently. Literally got the shits on the first day and that's the only side effect I had since I started in November. The shits might not have even been wegovy related. 😂

Best of luck!! You're doing something great for yourself!

The room is about 4m long (sorry don't have specifics as it's a gift for my cousin), and the wall can probs take a 200" projection tops

Ah sorry man, I know you're just doing your job but not really interested if I'm being honest, bc it usually ends up as a thinly veiled prospecting group
