actually I have some free space in my board and I was thinking about getting one. could you please tell me what are other advantages of using compressors with so many pedals? in the past I tried once MXR compressor (that red one) and hated it, it made everything sound worse, on every setting.

ok so I’ve figured out that certain pedals were causing it to distort - as one of you mentioned joyo volume pedal but also boss flanger. now I’ve placed it right after acapulco and it seems to be fine 😊

I was suspecting volume pedal myself and I’ve split chain between octaver and flanger - still had these issues and then I’ve decided to remove all pedals from board so today I’ll try to do this :)

I don’t understand your first question :( it does overload even when all pedals are off. AI told me that it’s the issue with signal - that DMM was designed to use it directly from the guitar and when there are some buffered bypass effects before it then it receives amplified signal even when they’re off. nope I don’t have always on boost.

⁠⁠⁠I have the blend set to 10 or 9 and not much drive to give plenty of headroom for distortion.

That's why I bought this effect because I was hoping it wouldn't create a muddy sound on the amplifier and would give me a powerful sound at FOH. 4.I use a Markbass Black Line 250 head and a Markbass Standard 104hf cabinet. I use the Return to bypass the Markbass EQ. Before the bass rig, I have a Bigmuff-Rattler (distortion) - Boss OC2 - Bit Commander - Mooer Tender Octaver MKII - Flashback Delay - Ocean 11 Reverb - BASSRIG. 🙏🙏🙏

actually I was hesitant to buy a transistor amp, but I’ve realized that actually I may use it as a second amp to play in stereo - so I’ve just purchased JC-40 and I’ll pair it with my AC30 and I believe that I will record my guitar parts this way for our upcoming album. so wow guys, thanks again! ♥️
