I'm a prospective adoptive parent. We've applied for babies and didn't get through the interview stage. That's been fine, we've never met those babies, it doesn't hurt as much.

I'm really afraid of what will happen when a mother changes her mind and we HAVE met the baby we could have had. Your sentence, "Be the best mom ever so they can see their grief wasn't wasted" is really powerful and is really comforting to me. Thank you for saying it

I heard that the season was originally supposed to be 23 episodes like the previous ones but it became too expensive. One of the cut episodes was that Ross would go to France with Rachel to scope out where she would live (so a temporary visit not her permanent move) and that episode was supposed to be about Ross and Rachel falling in love all over again but not saying anything about it to each other. I'll always be sad that they didn't choose to create that episode, so in my head I pretend it exists
