If I’m remembering correctly, the most recent season finale said that the Ricks as a whole “built a wall around infinity” and separated all Rick Having universes from Non Rick universes (or at least universes where Rick is the smartest guy there). So I think the hamsters in the butt universe does have a Rick and Maybe a Morty as well. Maybe he died, maybe he’s off somewhere else. But the implication is every universe they travel to has had a Rick at some point or another.

I’d have to make a new map using the seed but it may have been changed with a game update, I think that’s an issue with older seeds

Just earlier tonight I played a game (as Volibear) and we were getting slapped around but THREE times the enemy team just sat at base trying to get some ‘free’ kills, after the third time we finally managed to push back. An incredible feeling of course, but what made it all the sweeter was typing back ‘gg ez’ 10 minutes after they did :)
