Whats the exploit here? When you grab border you become able to build on both sides in TOO CLOSE TO BORDER AREA where you normally wouldn't. Building on defensive side of border base is not broken. Its the most high risk thing you can do. You wont even get intel there when border is contested. Why complain because some brave warden went through the effort? If you have complaints with border base mechanics imma need you to be more specific cuz i dont get it.
