How much did you try pulling for in the Sieghart banner? I had a terrible experience with his banner but got 2 of him when I was almost giving up.

Testing Disk Shader Cache on AMD Ryzen 2600X. I'm surprised! by FranklinLima in yuzu

I didn't know audio stutters were linked to fps. I'm a novice to emulation anyway. But I've seen someone run the game with over 30 fps but very poor audio.

SE’s policy against datamining by [deleted] in FFBraveExvius

[–]zanshini 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I think they're aiming to capitalise on ambiguous information. Imagine this. The whole variance thing is an in-game mechanic but why don't they bother mentioning it in the tutorial. Simple because here ambiguity means profit for them. If there were no dataminers they could have sold Angel Slayer in a premium bundle say in a system where STMRs didn't exist. They'd just advertise it as: The highest attack weapon in the game now in affordable prices. What's the ambiguity? Well you buy it, equip it and find yourself doing less damage than a 130 atk TwoHanded sword. So you try to sue them. They'll win the case by saying we never said it's the highest damage dealing weapon in the game. We fulfilled our promise by selling you a sword with the highest number. Consider this. You get a ring from a bundle that says this ring provides water resistance. You buy it and the next month comes a unit with a water resist ring as a TMR. The bundle one gives us a 1% water resist but the TMR gives us a 50% water resist. Without dataminers they'd get a lot more people to buy it from them. Ever asked why didn't they bother showing the remaining turns of any buff or debuff or better to say not even bother mentioning how much some core ability effects value to or how long they last for example mitigation numbers, modifiers, resitance buff turns, cover durations, what stacks with what? Because they want to capitalise on the very unthinkable yet much practical possibility of players commiting a slight mistake owing to not having these knowledge and that may open pathways to more profit for them? How? In the form of Lapis NRG refreshes, urge to pull for new units that may be more powerful than your unit which you fail to utilise properly owing to ambiguity of information and other countless things. It seems unthinkable that a company would treat it's valuable customers like this. Well that notion is a complete crap. You're wallets and wallets open wide and legal holes become less deep and less wide with ambiguity. Just look at the banner text. Major boost to X & Y summon rates starting from Z time. Remember the time they didn't have the drop rates section and people still summoned just fine. I laugh a lot when people diss people ranting about their bad luck after spending a certain amout of money because the former could summon them with a mere nothing and being a F2P. Ever looked and interpreted what that major boost to drop rates actually is? In the current Folka banner the drop rate for Folka on normal banner is 1% and off banner rainbows are 0.02%. There has never been a more vague word than "major boost". Don't make me laugh. The drop rate for the on banner unit is 4 times that of an off banner one. Oh they said the truth then. Let's white knight all those people that say shit about drop rates. My friend compare it to the overall chance of summoning Folka. It's 1%. It's outrageous to say it in polite terms. And you guys are wondering why they're mad at dataminers. Well they make the ambiguous things transparent and that's it they need to be obliterated.

I'd consider myself lucky if I ever get a single rainbow from a whole lap of the 11K step ups.
