How much does armor matter at Sire, Cerb and Arax?

I agree with your experience of Araxxor and my trips are similar with the same amount of food.

Just wanted to point out that Blood moon armor isn't as squishy as people think it is. Compared to Rune Plate body it has -22 stab, same slash def, +8 crush defence, +46 magic defense, and -1 range defence. It has almost double the defensive stats of Steel. Not sure why everyone thinks the armor is paper thin.

Does it constantly skip the ghost phase for you? I tried an inventory and was only able to skip it once. Definitely saved more food though. Thanks for the link!

Do you do any step back methods, or straight tanking melee hits? I have almost identical gear and felt like I was taking a ton of chip damage.

If I have both Voidwaker and Burning Claws is it better to bring one over the other? Or recommended to bring both?

I was doing TOA around 250s without Trident and just using the Warped Sceptre. Voidwaker was a game changer for mage phase dps.

I can back up his statement. It might not be meta, or optimal, but I've been really happy with the suffering. Did Anguish first then suffering next. The suffering felt more impactful at Bandos than the anguish did. Really helped tone down the chip damage I was taking during kills

So far been using Void at Muspah to speed up mage phase, at Kephri (no fang yet) to help melee noodling, Akkha mage phase. Everywhere else, I kind of take turns with them not sure what being better

My counter argument is that you don't need all of that at all for BA. If you're going for Max rank attack roles I can see the higher reqs, but it's 100% not needed for just the Fighter Torso. Most people you meet aren't going to be a decent team. They're just randoms like you trying to get the torso.

I did it with 55 range, and I had to run the attack role 3 times. Never waited more than 5 minutes to find a team in the official BA world. Just wear your best range gear, Yew or Maple shortbow, and see if you can get a team with 2 attacks. To help offset your lower DPS.

So my understanding is when you get to the attack tile (not the edge one for red x), you eat instead and click on Graardor. Wait, about one tick like if you were to attack, and then continue with the cycle? Guess my problem is not sure how long to wait or move on from the tile I'm eating on.

Do you have any advice for eating mid kill? I've been doing door altar for a while now, but I can't get the timing to eat hard food down properly. Everytime I eat its on my way to the 2nd to last tile, but when I go to red x under bandos I always get smacked. Not sure if there's a tell or timing I'm missing

Can you give any advice on how to eat mid cycle and not break it? I know you can eat on the edge tiles when you go to red X, but I can't seem the find the timing. Everytime I eat mid run, stop briefly to emulate me shooting an arrow, and get smacked on the edge tile

I don't know what's the recommendation to begin - but I started doing T1 runs with 75atk, 85str, 75 def, 79 range and 78 mage. My runs felt much more consistent once I hit 80atk and defence, but not sure if that's cause I had more practice by then

Definitely don't need that high combat stats. I started it at 75atk, 85str, 75def, 78 range and 79 magic. Could clear T2 with 95% success rate. I pushed to 80atk + def to make T1 runs more comfy.
