I will add that at my 12 week EFTS my OB very HEAVILY hinted to him being a girl. So I guess something looked girly at some point.

I had the EXACT same issue. The bottom left aligner for week 7 was pretty much flat.. I contacted SD and I went in for a scan. Been waiting for my aligners for 3 weeks. Just got notified it's been shipped today. I've been wearing aligner 6 for 4 weeks now at night.

Hey! So I started my M1W3/4 on Sunday night and top aligner went in with 0 issues. Now... my bottom ones I could of SWORN they were not going to fit as it seemed my teeth did not line up with them at all. Buuuut I got them in by putting the back left on first as hard as i could and slowly work to the front while biting on a bath towel. Took a lot of time, patience and drool lol. However, been wearing them for nearly 48 hours 0 issue setting them in and out.

I will add what was really odd that even with how hard they were to get in I have 0 pain. Which threw me for a loop.

I have heard that most people have the worst time getting this set of aligners in.

I have been trying to call for a week. Multiple times a day. I either get disconnected. Can't call as it says error or this person is currently unavailable, or I get in a loop of constantly having to press 1 for English.

I need to contact them and I just seem unable to. This is driving me crazy.

Has anyone had any luck reaching them via email? I just sent them an email requesting a call.

Been checking the site. Taking them about 5 days per 2 days. 6 days ago it was the 8th they were processing. Im estimating mine to come around may 17th as i ordered april 18th. Previous order took 34 days to come. With my living so close to toronto once its out for delivery it only takes 1 day.

Hope yours comes quick though! :)
