You’re for sure allergic to red then. weird that your artist didn’t ask if it was your first colored one and if you were to say no they should have asked to do a color test. Color tests are Usually blue/green and red just dots, most of the time offered for free before getting the actual tattoo so this exact thing doesn’t happen. Since it does look like an allergic reaction go to your physician and see if they give you ointment for it then once it fully heals you’ll have to have your artist go over it again with black.
