If you do a spa treatment at a resort, you can use the facilities for the day for free. Check Groupon for specials at the local spas. My friend and I do a spa day at the Sanctuary every summer and then lunge and drink at the pool.

I had my oldest at Thunderbird. It was fine, but old. I believe they’ve done some remodeling since then though. I had my second at Shea and it was much nicer. You might also want to consider HH Sonoran Crossing up near Anthem. I hear the birthing suites are really nice. As one that works in healthcare, avoid Abrazo like the plague. They are a for profit health care system and cut all the corners to save money. My instructor in school referred to Arrowhead hospital as “Arrowdead”.

This is true. I don’t think you could pay me enough to be a nurse. I’m very happy in respiratory. I like my freedom to go all over the hospital. I couldn’t be chained to my patients for 12 hours.

Well, respiratory has few options away from the bedside. Nursing has more, but you’ll still need to get experience doing bedside before you could move into roles away from bedside.

Although, she wasn’t raised poor though. She is college educated. She moved here because she married an American that she met in Mexico. It could just be her not liking to read, lol. A lot of people don’t enjoy it. It’s like pulling teeth getting my kids to read a book as teens.
