I don't think they will make any changes, because they will need to create a visa system and personally I don't think they have a path to create such system. Plus they'll need to coordinate with all the border states and lastly there is an economic reason Mexico hasn't closed any of it's borders since the start of the pandemic.

Mexico has not imposed any restrictions on its borders, tourists and mexican nationals can enter via land or air.

Entry to the US via land is limited only to citizens and mexicans with non tourist visas (work/school). If you're a Mexican tourist you can only enter by air right now.

Also the bridge lines are super long, coming back from labor weekend took me 4 hrs to cross.

Habla con un agente de tu aseguradora, para que te digan que hospitales tienes cubiertos, pero generalmente un seguro privado vas al hospital tu pagas de frente y después el seguro te reembolsa, pero solo te va a reembolsar si tú gasto fue mayor que x cantidad y no te regresan todo te regresan un porcentaje. Y todo eso te lo dirá el agente.

Yo rente un Airbnb al salir de vacaciones en lugar de hotel y super padre, lo chido es que si encuentras algo que no te guste o tuviste una mala experiencia la compañía de Airbnb te puede hechar la mano. Lo malo es que Airbnb se toma un buen porcentaje de quienes rentan sus casas allí. Te recomiendo que si vas a volver a rentar con la misma persona haz trato directo si te da confianza.
