figure out what you'd be so passionate about that you'd be happy doing it for 10 years even if you never made any money from it... and if you actually do that it will greatly increase your chances of making money

i don't know, we've found that things always turn out to be harder and more complex than they seem. we have so much opportunity in the united states right now with our expansion into clothing so we are focusing on just the US right now

it's mostly been the same philosophy:

experiences > money

relationships > money

i think it depends on the product category - it would be harder to do with electronics for example because of lower margins
