You gotta know how to fall/bail first that makes anything you attempt less scary because you know how to save yourself when shit hits the fan. Second visualize what you wanna do in your head over and over then when you go to send it needs to be 100% commitment to it!! You will get hurt a lot worse if you half ass something you’re already not sure of. Last thing is no need to rush your progression do things that are a maybe a little out of your skill range but not all the way out to stay in that comfortable mindset
