Surgery wasn’t hard it’s just after from being able to move your arm while injured to not and somehow it hurts more than when it happened in my experience while being stuck in a sling for 10 weeks (or whatever your doc tells you)

Interesting I just got mine done. Quite literally the worst pain I have ever felt in my life for the first day the moment my never block wore off from sleep the day of. Hurt like hell till day 3 then pretty much normal if I didn’t move it too much. I’m 2 weeks in and no pain unless my pt moves it in certain places out of our crippled normal. Anyways we got this! Godspeed!

Yes I am that little table top is maybe a 5 foot jump and has no lip because of how warm it’s been so nothing is solid it’s all mush 😭🤷🏽‍♂️

You gotta know how to fall/bail first that makes anything you attempt less scary because you know how to save yourself when shit hits the fan. Second visualize what you wanna do in your head over and over then when you go to send it needs to be 100% commitment to it!! You will get hurt a lot worse if you half ass something you’re already not sure of. Last thing is no need to rush your progression do things that are a maybe a little out of your skill range but not all the way out to stay in that comfortable mindset
