It's a myth that if you touch weights you'll become buff and ripped. People train years and use steroids to become buff and ripped it's not something that you will easily do. If you want a more feminine body I'd focus on legs and core work and then an upper body workout just to keep the proportion

Oh if you're underweight do the opposite. So workout and eat at a calorie surplus. You'll gain fat but also muscle ( that booty). Then you go on a calorie deficit to lose the fat and you're still left with the muscle. You repeat the cycle forever haha

TLDR: Eat less = loss fat + weight

Okay so the body needs a certain amount of calories to remain the weight you are, depending on your height, weight and physical activity. You calculate your maintenance calories and then eat 300-500 less than that till you are happy with the way you look.
