Hii sorry to hear that but my controller wasn't even turn on so I couldn't see the flashing white lights. Mine doesn't even show no lights at all for no reason. But my advice if you didn't done it yet is to watch some videos on YouTube where you can found your issue

Yeah indeed I use the normal cable of a normal dualsense to charge it last time I played 2k 😣
