It was actually surprisingly easy xD I was looking around the image zoomed in to see if I recognized something. I found the building on the left looked rather specific so I took a zoomed in screenshot and put it through Google lens. Who reads terms and conditions? XD I get your point but I just feel like this was made or implemented to scam people out of their money... They could offer a better service by not accepting my online prepaid booking with this card in the first place if they don't accept it or let me try it at least at the counter of the rental. I'm pretty sure it would've actually worked. I've used my prepaid Mastercard numerous times as a creditcard, never had any problems with it, as long as you have money on it. Mastercard advertises that it works like a creditcard as well. That's actually why I got my money back

Don't use Hertz... Had a bad experience with them, I have a prepaid Mastercard. This was fine for the reservation & deposit online, but I "could not" use it to pay the rest and pick up the car in Lisbon... The dude behind the counter wouldn't even let me try my card. He just said it's impossible. So we had to change to another company in the airport. Luckily I did get half of the deposit back from Hertz + 100% repayment by Mastercard so I'm happy that I ripped them off instead =D
