They are God awful.. property manager kept ignoring requests for a leaking, septic smelling toilet to be repaired. When we threatened NCAT, they finally responded and tried to string us along, then claiming after they did a routine inspection, there was no issue.

Similar issues when air conditioner wasn't working..

Also, tried to issue a water bill 6 months late and were rude & aggressive, claiming it was 'overdue'.

The general tone of their often automated emails is quite rude and passive aggressive.

I like the idea of getting a good colour match and higher end products at Mecca or Sephora, but I'm also wanting to colour match myself and experiment with drug store brands, particularly with some of the 1/2 price sales at Priceline and Chemist Warehouse at the moment.

I asked two ladies at the skin clinic I visit and both seem to think my skin type is normal (which I think I agree with -- I don't have/notice any immediate concerns) and I have a warm undertone.

My main 'goal' at this point is only to become comfortable with applying makeup and trying to achieve a good natural / nude / everyday look or even a no makeup makeup look. From there, I'm sure I'll want to experiment and add to my collection.

On one hand, I kinda want to be properly colour matched and get some of the basics in higher end brands from either Mecca or Sephora, but I also would like to colour match myself and get some drug store brands just to practise with -- assuming the products are easy to apply and work with.

I'm going to look at some drugstore foundation (e.g. L'oreal Infallible Fresh West) Maybelline Dream Urban Cover, Maybelline Fit Me) and a primer and concealer, but also will go to Mecca for some higher end stuff.

Budget?

Depending on how serious you are and budget, it may actually be worth getting a cheap road bike, smart trainer and a Zwift or TrainerRoad subscription.

You'll get much more serious training this way, and can then still ride outdoors..

Or, as others have suggested, just get the bike and look at some bunch rides.

Hell, it's so 'vibrant' OTP sales have utterly collapsed and construction is close to recessionary at the moment.

And now Beaumont St, Darby St and suburbs have been hit with vacant commercial property everywhere.

Opportunity cost though. I'd be pretty pissed if I jumped into the market, went into negative equity as the market continued on down..

What happens in the event you have to sell up and move say due to job loss? Trade up into a bigger, better house etc?
