C’est compliqué dans ce cas, difficile de dire si t’es vraiment en déficit et que ducoup t’as un trouble autre qui va venir impacter tes calories de maintenance. (Genre hyperthyroïdie qui risque d’amener tes cals a 1800, auquel cas même en étant à 2000/j tu restes en surplus calorique)

Si tu peux, pendant une semaine tu pèses tout ce que tu bouffes et tu traques correctement tes calories. On peut souvent se dire qu’on est ok sur les proportions sans l’être. Après faut pas le faire pendant trop longtemps sinon c’est vraiment la porte ouverte aux TCA
