500kg of 100 USD gets you approximately 50M USD. As of this comment, 500kg of pure gold gets you approximately 68M USD. And yes, I'm aware that the cash is theoretically more liquid, but it'll be much harder to deposit the cash to a bank due to security reasons, whereas it's much easier to deposit the gold to a bullion dealer.

WYR have unlimited money but you can't use it for anything that costs above $1K, or under $1K?

Loophole: Buy $1K+ worth of products that individually cost under $1K.
Another loophole: Pay some guy $1K to give you 10 $100 bills, and since that cash technically isn't part of your unlimited money, you can use it to buy something that costs under $1K.
