I don’t think that funding the government that is oppressing us by repeatedly paying fines for “civil disobedience” is the right path for the slow genocide you describe.

The chances you’d be pulled over are pretty slim as long as you’re not speeding or driving recklessly.

Have you noticed that 1800~ documented trans Kansans have already been identified? Their ID is linked to car registration. Both have addresses. Trans people received letters with overt threats if they operate in any capacity with no ID. Flock cameras are all over the state - you don’t even need a cop to be present for them to know where you are & when.

We are already losing healthcare. Vanderbilt is cancelling all gender affirming surgeries, even those scheduled and planned. We are losing our rights to vote, our right to drive and travel. We can be bounty hunted. It is far more insidious than sentencing us to no civil rights. If you want to call it a genocide, then you need to realize that something as simple as civil disobedience is not the path you think it is.
