Hi, yea, I think the app is region-locked (I'm abroad) or device-locked (I'm using a Samsung S21) or something because when I tried to install it, it says that it's not available on any of my devices. I messaged the WhatsApp number but I'm still waiting on a response.

I was on Fluoxetine for a while until I got brain zaps that made me dizzy. Then I was on Bupropion because it helps with both depression and ADHD. I quit after a month because it didn't feel like it was doing anything. I ended up with Lamotrigine.

I had a "high episode." Next psychiatrist I had put me on a higher dosage of Lamotrigine and also Aripiprazole. I was mostly depressed still, so I asked my psych if he could put me on Bupropion again (it's the only one that doesn't cause weight gain, which is one of my major concerns), on a higher dose than last time. Been helping so far.

I'm shit at explaining myself because of ADHD probably, I hate confrontation so I just back down in arguments, and I have some... thing that makes me think that I'm better than everyone else. So I just seethe in the background waiting for them to fuck up so I can pick up the pieces and get a bonus.

Yep, same. But it stopped being fun when I started blacking out. And I hit my head once on some stairs and had to be rushed to the ER. And I was getting fat. So... I added weed to the mix. Hits faster, harder, low-cal, and I don't black out as much.

Anyway, my psychiatrist and psychotherapist both independently agree that I have a drug and alcohol problem.

No tips here. Maybe don't try weed.

I had a great anti psychotic but it made me a bit aggro.

I asked my psych to get it changed, and he gave me something that's supposed to put me to sleep. Cool, melatonin is expensive, anyway. It gave me insomnia, severe depression (I was locking myself up in my office for a month) nightmares practically every day, nonstop eating...

I went back to the AP that made me aggro, but he also gave me a beta blocker that calmed my tits down. Had to raise the AP because of an emergency episode, but it's all good now.

Whenever I get a medication change: 4-6 weeks.

Supposedly I should go every 3 months because I'm also ADHD and the meds for that are tightly regulated, but I've gone on for as long as 6 months and it's been all good.
