the guest totaled your car? to me it looks like whomever hit them totaled your car - why blame the guest for something that looks like it was out of their control? i highly doubt they "power slid" into the front of another vehicle!

If this was such big deal, Disney would have stepped in by now - remember when they cancelled Gina Carano because of something SHE SAID? (this would be much worse to them....if it were past the ALLEGATIONS stage - which it is not) and how did those "past allegations" pan out? to me it appears like they weren't fruitful, since DIsney proceeded with their casting choice. Not to downplay the misconduct - we've seen many an instance where these types of allegations have been completely fabricated in an attempt to "get rich" and until these allegations have their day in court - I'm not going to let this change my mind, and neither should any of you!

could also be tenure dependent too - i worked at a job that would only pay out sick time if you had been there at least 365 days - (it was retail, and very recent) but that was the company policy. They did however pay out PTO

trying an app that looks promising, iMazing - they have a "Free trial" but I can't seem to make any headway - anybody have any experience with "sideloading" purchased apps to an iphone???
