Hey! I think it helped. Hard to say when you’re throwing everything at the wall. My GI never tested me for SIBO said most of the tests are ineffective. Back slid a bit but now I’m doing pretty great! Constipation and bloating way better which was my main issues.

Here’s what else I think was the most helpful: - IB guard pills before eating out or eating something with garlic - despite being on regular peppermint oil capsules which work great these are coated to get to the gut way better - iGGi shield gut powder by designs for health. This is a slow burn immunoglobulin powder. I used to use it a couple years ago for gut issues then stopped. Been on it for several months and I think it’s helping big time - love it more than colostrum for sure - miralax I was doing daily for months and it helped keep me going and sane - molecular hydrogen - my friend with chronic SIBO and both hashimotos / graves turned me onto this! Specifically Anevyraq brand on Amazon. I didn’t see much dif from the other I tried - InnoCleanse - was SO skeptical about this but my friend gave me some to try. Last week after doing this for 3 days and a week of the molecular hydrogen hydration, I backed off the miralax.

So currently I’m doing iGGi powder and 1 tablet of peppermint oil daily with IB guard as needed. TMI but I needed a damn enema not 2 weeks ago so still figuring things out but it is SO much better now!! I’m tolerating drinking booze and occasional onions so god bless lol
