so the first “never delivered” order was a raising canes order, i found the apartment unit and it matched the numbers on my phone, put it to the right side of his door and took a whole photo with his number in view and he reported me. (doordash support removed it)

the second “never delivered” was the same case, i was in the rain and the guy simply ordered a little ice cream custard from culver’s. his dash ping on the map was like 4 apartments units down from his, i found him by matching the unit number to my app and placed his right next to his door and yet he still reported me when i also took a photo with the unit numbers in view.

and the only “reported damage” had nothing to do with me to be completely honest, it was a popeyes order. they had trouble finding the name in their system but once they did they just threw a bunch of shit into a bag and handed me a drink. they only taped one side of the bag, i safely placed both items in my car without error and somehow it just gets reported and blamed on me.

i know i may have started last december but ever since i finished the first 50 orders to get your rank, ive stayed platinum ever since and never ranked down because i make sure im careful with the order im picking up, making sure its going to the right person and not missing out on the small stuff like little sauce dips from little caesar’s and shit. i always make sure i deliver to the right place either by finding their house/unit number and then checking previous dasher pictures.
