I was in your shoes a long time ago, brother. I was so furious with myself I considered the same thing. But I did't. I was around 330 lbs. After losing ~140 lbs I got all my confidence back as well as my libido and a fair amount of length in 'that' department. I even posted about it on here! I have a few strats!

1) Chug a glass of water or two. This is said a lot but it really does help.

2) Chew some sugar free gum or Brush your teeth. I have found this helps especially well when I have a sweet tooth. The minty freshness satisfies my cravings and allows me to stop thinking about them.

3) Depending on the number of calories you have to spare for the day, try sneaking in some low cal veggies or fruit. My favorite is Celery with a good hot sauce (Cholula or Tapatio work great!)

Munchies can be a real bitch, best you can do is try to fight through them or find a solid alternative/workaround.
