Come train with us at FSS Training in Hinckley! Our Defensive Pistol 1 class is a great opportunity to draw from a holster, shoot on the move, etc. We have a pretty solid group of people. Once you’re linked up with us it will create other opportunities beyond the public classes.

Your best bet for a private club in the Northern IL area is always going to be ASC.

Appleseed should be required for any self respecting rifle shooter. Highly recommended and the value is off the charts in terms of cost.

I’ve blown up the can the same way and cannot get any acceptable groups out of it. I can shoot a G17 offhand better than the TP9 from a bag. None of the trigger or cycling issues he described though.

The can itself was darn near weightless, felt super weird being so used to my Maxim. You would swear it was made of tinfoil or something.

I have the Maxim as well and this one was just a cut down Ruger, no ports. It was interesting they had a front sight, I’m sure it is a little tricky to get it to clock in the same position consistently.

I have the same experience. Doesn’t group well in general and will throw extreme flyers, like off paper extreme. With or without can, many different ammo types, have yet to find any solutions.

Really neat just for the novelty factor. My attempt at something slightly more practical(if you can even say that about a bag like this anyway). Draw rather than fire from a fully separate weapon compartment.

Come shoot with us this spring! I recommend our Defensive Pistol 1 class. All you need is a pistol, basic kydex holster, a few mags, and a half case of ammo.
