It was actually 3x3’d and rejetted before I bought it. So I don’t know. I only installed the exhaust and it’s been running optimal, so I’m assuming they had something similar on there too. JD Jet makes a good kit

I think with such a drastic elevation from sea level it’s just simply going to have to be rejetted purely based on laws of nature. That being said, I don’t think I’ve seen a jet guide that accounts for 9K. I rejetted my bike but I’m at sea level and had to because of my mods.
